Erdinç Oğuz was born on the 25th of April 1963 in Kütahya, Turkey. He graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 1985. During 1985-1987 he got a Master of Science degree in Microwave and Antenna Engineering from METU.

Erdinç worked between 1985 and 1997 for ASELSAN as an RF system test engineer where he was responsible for electronic warfare system test plan documentation, automatic test software design using HP-VEE test software, verification, dry-run and approval test execution.

He served as a Technical Design Leader, between 1997-2005 for ASELSAN-MST, where he was responsible for preliminary and final system design of electronic warfare systems, requirement analysis, selection of system equipment’s, prototype production and verification/approval tests.

As a Project Leader, between 2005 and 2008, he was responsible for preparation of RFP documentation, selection of electronic and weapon system, contract negotiating with the client and MoD representatives.

Erdinç served as a Program Manager, for ASELSAN-SST between 2008 and 2016; where he was responsible for estimating the work to be done, identify dependencies, critical path activities, & the resources needed for military programs. Also in charge of leading, various naval and underwater & sonar military R&D projects enabled initiatives in a fast-paced team including Raytheon, MBDA, HDW, ROKETSAN, Kongsberg, local shipyards, SME’s and Universities.

After 30 years’ experience, he joined to BUPAT LTD in 2017, as a Business Development Director, having an active commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards, he always works hard to create a positive atmosphere that motivates others and builds team spirit.

He is also a life member of AFCEA (Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association) Türkiye Chapter, and current Vice President and Treasures. He holds Amateur Radio license (CEPT/R-61-01; Call sign: TA2BM); He is married and has two children.
